Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Vin-check Service, operated by Flickwheel Limited. Flickwheel acknowledges that the vehicle report obtained from the use of the Vin-check Service is provided by ClearVin through their API.
Condition of Use
By using this Service, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to stop using the Vincheck Service accordingly. Flickwheel grants use and access to the ClearVin Vehicle Report, as a means of utilizing the Vincheck Service, only to those who have read and accepted our terms.
User Account
As a user of the Vincheck Service, you may be asked to register with us and provide personal information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information and maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.If you suspect any potential issues regarding the security of your Flickwheel account, inform us immediately so we may address them accordingly. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, edit or remove content, and cancel your use of our service at our sole discretion.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Flickwheel and its affiliate, ClearVin, and hold them harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of the Vin-check Service.
Applicable Laws
By using this website, you agree that the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Flickwheel Limited and you, or its affiliates.
Proprietary Interest
ClearVin owns all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Vin-check Service, including all intellectual property rights as well as trademarks. However, you acknowledge and agree to protect the proprietary nature of the ClearVin Report and the validity of ClearVin's copyrights.
