Annual leave
At Flickwheel we encourage employees to take ample time off for personal health and happiness. We offer up to 20 paid days off (4 working weeks) per year for all team members. Whether you’ve been with the company for a month, a year, or a decade, everyone gets the same time off.
Team bonding
Although we are 100% remote, Flickwheel makes it easy for our employees to form meaningful connections and relationships amongst themselves by organizing retreats and encouraging video conferencing from time to time.
