Famous afrobeat superstar David Adeleke, known as Davido has acquired the limited edition of the 2023 Maybach S680 Virgil Abloh. He shared this news with his audience on social media, posting pictures and videos of his newest addition to his collection of cars.

The purchase of this luxury car comes right after the just concluded Timeless Concert recently hosted by the Nigerian Celebrity at the Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos, Nigeria.

Mercedes-Benz unveiled Project Maybach to honor the late iconic fashion designer Virgil Abloh. Project Maybach is a magnificent off-road luxury coupe concept designed in collaboration with Abloh and Mercedes’s chief design officer, Gorden Wagener. The design was finalized before Abloh’s demise.

A highly customized Merecedes-Maybach is finished with a two-tone paint job which includes Obsidian Black at the top and tan shade at the bottom of the car, which is also seen in the interior with sand-colored Nappa leather and black trim on the doors, center console, and steering wheel. The Monoblock wheels are coated in a tan shade. The paint job is similar to the one found on the Project Maybach concept car.

The luxury off-road coupe is adorned with Mercedes-Maybach and Virgil Abloh logos which can be seen on the center console, rear cushions, headrests, and door sills.

According to Mercedes, the infotainment system has also been customized. The matching tan color can be seen on the home button and a logo marking the limited edition.

The 2023 Mercedes-Maybach S680 by Virgil Abloh will be limited to 150 units globally, with a 1/18-scale replica of the car, a custom-made wooden box, and a special car cover with the Maybach and Abloh logo.
